Important Reminders: 1. NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM. All parents must create a new account for themselves and their students in Final Forms. For instructions on how to complete your new account please view our Final Forms Parent Playbook. 2. All students must have a valid sports physical uploaded to their Final Forms account. A valid physical is one that was done on or after April 15, 2024. Once you have updated your account and selected your sports of interest you are officially signed up to try out/participate in that sport! View each detailed sport's info in the attachment.
